Binding Prayer for the Laity
Laypeople may pray for their own protection and spiritual well-being, parents for their children, and spouses for one another and their home. This prayer is a humble request to God, not a command over others or spiritual beings, and is meant to complement—not replace—the sacraments, pastoral care, and ministry of ordained clergy.
Before praying, we highly recommend applying exorcised holy oil as directed in the Spiritual Warfare Guide available for download above, while asking God for protection.

The Prayer of Protection – The Lorica of St. Patrick
At My Remnant Army, every soldier begins the day clothed in the armor of light — invoking the Holy Trinity and calling upon the name of our Lord and King.
This sacred prayer, known as St. Patrick’s Breastplate or Lorica, is prayed each morning as a declaration of faith, protection, and spiritual strength — a shield against the forces of darkness and a reminder that Christ goes before us, behind us, and within us.
Let us arise today in the strength of God.
